The Shopatorium at Gallinas has a number of new storefronts for rent, including some larger footprint shops that include your own TP point, media stream and show-in-search. 40-prim, 75-prim 100+-prim shops are now available at the Shopatorium’s prime mainland location. Prim counts are minimums, and are expandable. Let your store grow with you!
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT? The Shopatorium has been open for over a year on the mainland sim of Gallinas. We have a great mix of start-up creators and well-known SL staples, from tiny vendor carts to multiple main stores. We are camera distance from the very popular Isabel Infohub and The Shelter resident hangout, which gives us a lot of walk/fly through new resident traffic. Imprint your brand on new residents as soon as you can! We occupy both sides of the Linden road on the sim of Gallinas. We do our part to keep rents low AND lag low! And The Patio live music venue, located at the Shopatorium, has a regular schedule of live musicians appearing which boosts awareness and traffic to the Shopatorium and to YOU!
YOUR RENT INCLUDES OUR BLOG! The Shopatorium’s new syndicated blog: HTTP://SHOP.INWORLD.SL — A team of established SL bloggers are available to blog about/review your items, events, new releases, specials, sales, etc. Our blog is syndicated to multiple SL fashion and business feeds and is also used to advertise The Patio live music events, our available shops for rent, and other traffic-raising efforts like our mini-hunts (join us for the Ice Cream Social hunt August 14-21!).
YOUR SUCCESS IS ALWAYS OUR GOAL! The owners of the Shopatorium have their mainstores on-premises, so it is in our best interest to keep traffic up, awareness high, and participation high!
VACANCIES:
This is a birds-eye view of the newly expanded north courtyard. The Shopatorium now has significant presence on both the east and west sides of the Linden Road through Gallinas.
Sn@tch, a Nomine affiliate, A-Bomb, *Dreams* and [Monkee] have already settled into the north courtyard!
This blue-trimmed 10×10 shop and its match, a green-trimmed 10×10 shop on the other side of this block of stores, are 40 prims and rent for 160L/wk.
Both this two-story glass-front store and its twin to the left hand side of the picture come with show-in-search, your own media stream, your own TP point, your parcel name and description and your logo graphic attached to the parcel. One is currently set up for 150 prims at 700/wk and one is set up for 100 prims at 550L/wk but if you need more or even fewer prims, you can adjust the count for 5L per week per prim.
Next to the Nomine affiliate, this 65-prim shop is available for 325L/wk and if you feel like adding L$50 a week we’ll set your own parcel, media, show in search and TP point.
At the south end of the Shopatorium nearest the sim border of Wingo, Orient and Isabel, we have some other fabulous vacancies including this mammoth Mainstore-Size Shop!
This gigantic mainstore is big enough for one creator to pack to the gills with up to 400 prims, or more than enough room for up to 3 creators to share. At 400 prims capacity plus your own parcel, TP point, parcel media, prominent signage and direct roadside access, rents for 1700Lwk. Need the space but not as many prims? We’re flexible!
